Five-Year Warranty
Year One
Your new Palm Harbor home is warranted to be free from substantial defects in materials and workmanship. Included in the coverage are the following:

All Appliances installed by Palm Harbor including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, range, cooktop, garbage disposal, trash compactor, built-in microwave, furnace, water heater, washer/dryer, and smoke detectors. Typically these appliances and equipment are covered under separate warranties by their respective manufacturers.

Plumbing Fixtures: shower stalls and bathtubs, sinks, toilets and faucets.
​

Light Fixtures: exterior, ceiling, and wall mounted lights, switches, receptacles and circuit breakers.

Roofing Materials: shingles, underlayment, fireplace, appliance vent stacks, flashing and sealants.

Floor Covering: carpet, carpet pad, wood and ceramic floor tile and vinyl floor covering.
Years Two - Five

The five-year protection plan lengthens the coverage of the following structural, electrical and plumbing systems:

Sub-Floor Structure: wood floor joist supporting floor decking, oriented strand board and plywood decking, insulation and support lumber within floor.
​

Roof Structure: roof trusses and rafters, main support beams, roof decking, all support lumber contained within the roof, shingles, insulation and metal roofing.

Interior and Exterior Walls: exterior siding and insulation, studs and support lumber within walls, column and framing members.

Home Plumbing Systems: hot and cold water distributing piping, drain, waste and vent piping, all piping fittings, connections and appliance connections.

Home Electrical Systems: all wiring, fittings and connections, fixture and junction boxes, main panel and sub-panel boxes.
